Hollybank is a lovely Grade II listed
country house in a 10-acre garden on the
northern edge of Emsworth with views to
Chichester Harbour.
It is the home of the Williams family who
enjoy sailing and tennis (both Real and
lawn) and Anna in particular is a keen
gardener.
Breakfast is served in the elegant dining
room and guests are welcome to relax in the
large drawing room and enjoy the garden,
tennis court and croquet.
Emsworth is an attractive old fishing centre
with many restaurants and pubs, and the pubs
of Westbourne are within walking distance.

Pebble cottage is a comfortable,
well equipped and spacious 2 bedroom
cottage in the lovely coastal town of
Emsworth, just 8 miles west of
Chichester. The cottage is situated in a
quiet area 400m from the sea and coastal
path. There is a sheltered, south
facing, garden to the rear of the
cottage and off road parking to the
front.
The cottage opened in June 2006 and has
been assessed by Visit Britain at a 4
star rating.
